The victim was identified as Dabenlli Salomon Chaplain35 years old, who died at the scene from gunshot wounds.
While the suicidal manslayer is Herminio Antonio Then Breton55, declared dead while receiving medical attention at a hospital.
The event occurred on Sánchez street, almost on the corner of Ingeniero Guzmán Abreu, in that city.
Relatives of the victim indicated that Then Bretón threatened to kill Salomón Chaplain constantly.
They maintain that the perpetrator had a Restraining order due to these intimidations.
The couple had fathered three children.
