In communication with La República, the president of the community of Huancuire, Romualdo Ochoa pointed out that the invitation document only reached the leaders on Saturday night, so they have not had time to coordinate with the community members. “At the last minute they tell us (about the meeting) and we have to decide in an assembly to attend these invitations,” he said.
