The Minister of Transport, Ángela María Orozco, announced that between now and 2023 they will be installed in the country 18 new tolls to finance works within the framework of Fourth Generation projects.

“Currently, 83 percent of the concessions with toll stations in operation have a differential rate for communities located in areas of influence of the projects”, said Orozco during the closing of the Congress of Cargo Transport and Logistics Congress (Colfecar).
The official assured that all these tolls will have their respective socialization with work tables and that technical studies are always of great importance to carry out its installation.

“One of the most important issues has been the socialization of the tolls of the concession contracts already signed”, added.
In addition to this, he stressed that it is impossible for there to be a law that establishes that every so many kilometers there is a toll.
