Anime fans find in Colombia the Dragon Ball corner that seems taken from the series: “What you see is just the beginning”

Kame Hause San Andrés Isla

This is how “Kame Hause” was born, a project built from scratch.

News Colombia.

San Andrés continues to surprise with out-of-the-ordinary tourist experiences. One of the most striking is the Casa del Maestro Rochi, a themed space inspired by the iconic Kame House from Dragon Ball, which has become a must-see for anime lovers visiting the Colombian Caribbean. Located near Rocky Cay, this attraction combines nostalgia, culture and paradisiacal landscapes, gaining great popularity on social networks.

Although many know it as the House of Master Rochi, it is actually a thematic version of the Kame House, adapted with an aesthetic inspired by Dragon Ball. The place recreates the spirit of the famous pink house from the anime, allowing visitors to take photos, tour the space and enjoy a unique Caribbean atmosphere, ideal for visual content.

More than a simple set, it is a meeting point for those who grew up watching the series and want to live a different experience in the middle of the sea and palm trees.

Where is it and how to get there?

The Casa del Maestro Rochi is located in San Andrés, very close to Rocky Cay beach, one of the most visited areas of the island. It is easily accessible and can be reached by local tours or tourist transportation, even with a themed experience that simulates transportation on the “flying cloud,” one of the most remembered elements of the anime.

From their digital platforms, the creators of the space explain why the name is written “Kame Hause” and not “Kame House.”

“In San Andrés we speak Spanglish and also Creole, our native language. ‘Kame Hause’ is how we say it here, in our own way, with island flavor and cultural pride,” they point out.

As a child I saw it on TV and today I am seeing it in front of me: the mythical Kame House from the Dragon Ball series 🐉✨, hidden among the turquoise waters of San Andrés 🏝️ About 2 minutes by boat and you arrive at this little island where you can snorkel, see colorful fish and have a drink directly from “Master Roshi” himself 🍹 A geeky, beachy place and too cute not to visit it. Would you dare to visit the real Kame House? I read you in the comments 👇🏻🔥

Furthermore, they highlight that this project was born from scratch: “This key was not like this. There was nothing here. We planted every palm tree, every stone, every space… and we are still building. What you see is just the beginning of something much bigger.”

The Casa del Maestro Rochi is consolidated as a different tourist attraction in San Andrés, ideal for those looking for thematic experiences, photography for social networks and a different contact with culture in one of the most visited destinations in Colombia.
