“They have called us a mediocre, useless, incapable, corrupt cabinet, even ‘La banda del Choclito’”, Torres stated.

I am from such a place, I am from the mountains, I am from the Amazon, and I am from Chota, but I have also been able to be from Lima, Callao, a Quechua community, an Aymara community, a Shipiba community.
