Fist. The President of the Council of Ministers, Hannibal Torres, from the province of Huancané, issued a speech through which he addressed the people of Puno asking that class contempt should no longer be allowed. Previously, he reaffirmed his words about Adolfo Hitler, although this time he called him a “seasoned criminal”, to later highlight the figure of the former dictator Alberto Fujimori Fujimori.
“People of Puno, let us no longer allow that contempt of the classes that governed us. Let us no longer allow those most inept people, who governed us and left us a ruined Peru, to be considered the most capable, but the people cannot be deceived.“, he pointed.
He then indicated that the population considers this group as “despicable people who ruined the country.” In response to these words, the citizens present and who welcomed him, asked, in unison, for a new Constitution.

On Hitler and Fujimori
On the other hand, Torres decided to ratify his words regarding Adolfo Hitler, regarding his contributions in the alleged creation of highways in Germany. “Yesterday I gave an example of how the most seasoned criminal can do positive deeds.”
Given this, he also referred to the regime of Alberto Fujimori. “Now I am going to give an example of Peru, and that is now behind bars -which was the direct perpetrator to proceed, for example, the kidnapping of the students of La Cantuta (…)-, Can I say you didn’t do a good thing? I would be missing the truth”, he indicated.
