Aníbal Quiroga: "The premier's expression is clearly excessive"

The lawyer explained that there is “a problem” regarding Fujimori’s situation and the decision of the Constitutional Court. This would be that “everyone considers that Fujimori has committed a crime against humanity, the problem is that when he committed the acts for which he is sentenced, the crime against humanity was not classified, but later,” said Quiroga.

As indicated, Alberto Fujimori is convicted of the crimes of qualified homicide, murder and serious injuries, these are considered crimes against humanity, but not in the Constitution of Peru and “no one can be convicted of something that is not in the law” , on this side the case of the defense of the condemned former president could be taken.
