The Antioquia Governorate has issued a reward of $50 million for anyone who provides information that will help locate the man and little Elsy Carupia.
News Antioch.
There is growing concern among the relatives of little Elsy Carupia Pernía, who was reported missing on July 14 in the municipality of Dabeiba, Antioquia.
According to the girl’s mother, a security camera at a gas station captured images suggesting the girl may have been seen with a man on a motorcycle.
Apparently, the subject would be a municipal muleteer.
Governor Andrés Julián Rendón announced on his X account the increase in the reward, up to 50 million pesos, for anyone who provides information that helps locate the subject and the 12-year-old girl.
Security cameras at the scene showed the girl arriving with a man on a motorcycle, according to her family.
This case adds to that of Kendall Stefany Arbeláez Castrillón, 9 years old, who disappeared in the municipality of San Rafael more than a week ago.
At the moment, the authorities in Antioquia are continuing with the relevant investigations to determine under what circumstances the minors disappeared, since they have not ruled out the possibility that criminal groups may be behind these events.
