The Angolaño Solidarity Committee with Venezuela Bolivarian and the Angolaña League of Friendship, Solidarity and Peace condemned the United States interference actions in the South American nation and, in particular, to the persecution against the president Nicolás Maduro.
The secretary general of the Committee, Leandro Package, remarked that “they want to associate the legitimate leadership of Venezuela to drug trafficking, a narrative without legal arguments and completely without evidence.”
The group said that this action violates the sovereignty of the peoples and is a dangerous precedent for other nations.
For his part, the vice president of the League, Fernando Mota, said that “this hostile policy attempts against world peace, violates the United Nations Charter and denies the right of Venezuela to its self -determination.” l
