The National Electric Energy Agency (Aneel) has a public consultation until the 27th of June to support the approval of the public notice and annexes of the New Energy Auctions A-5 and A-6, of 2022. of new hydro, wind, solar, photovoltaic and thermal generation projects. Aneel is in public consultation to evaluate the public notice for an energy auction

The A-5 New Energy Auction will be the subject of an Electricity Trading Agreement in the Regulated Environment (CCEAR), in the following modalities: quantity, with a supply term of 20 years, for hydroelectric projects (CGH, SHP, UHE up to 50 MW) ; quantity, with a supply term of 15 years, for wind and photovoltaic solar projects; and availability, with a supply term of 20 years, for thermoelectric projects using biomass, urban solid waste, national mineral coal and biogas

The Nova A-6 Auction will negotiate contracts by: quantity, with a supply term of 20 years, for a hydroelectric project (CGH, SHP, UHE up to 50 MW); quantity, with a supply term of 15 years, for wind farms; and availability, with a supply term of 20 years, for thermoelectric projects using biomass, urban solid waste and natural gas.
