One of the ways to avoid preventive detention is to demonstrate work, family and home roots. With this in mind, the person investigated for alleged influence peddling and passive bribery Andres Hurtado presented his work as general manager at Cirtramef SAC to support that he had to remain free in order to fulfill his work duties.
The television presenter, known as Chibolinreported that he had the position of marketing manager in the aforementioned company and earned S/15,000, however, a team from Latina verified that a house was located at the company address and no activities were recorded either.
“If we enlarge the shot, it is a home like any other, it has no façade that is a company. And as we see, they are homes and it does not seem that a company can function as such,” reported the reporter.
After this and given the suspicions generated by Hurtado’s position, the Cirtramef company He communicated his separation with the driver.
According to a notarial letter displayed on Magaly Medina’s program, the company officially announced that, due to recent events of public interest, they have decided to terminate the contract. Dated October 1, 2024, the letter establishes the total termination of the agreement and clarifies that they no longer have any business relationship with the well-known ‘Chibolín’ or with people in his close circle.
“Cirtramef SAC, with RUC 20537313332, with fiscal address at Av. de la Arqueología 197, San Borja, is a company that provides Health services and, in view of the contract signed with you, dated September 16, 2024, as Manager of Marketing with my client and, to date, it has not been implemented,” the document indicates.
“As a result of the latest public events, I inform you that the company will not continue with said contract. As a consequence, I inform you that the contract is terminated in its entirety; likewise, that my client does not have with her person, nor with other people around him, any commercial relationship,” it reads.

In this way, the labor roots presented by Chibolín would be dissolved. Despite this, during his intervention, he also mentioned that he lives in Surco near the home where his youngest daughter resides, whom he takes “every day” to school.
“I would like to face a fair trial in freedom because I have a nine-year-old girl (…) Never in my life has it occurred to me (to carry out illegal acts) because I currently have a job and they have hired me in Cirtramef SAC as a public relations manager, knowing that I could have this problem,” he said.
