New WhatsApp chats between Jorge Torres Saravia and his then successor in his position as head of the Legal and Constitutional Office (OLC) of Congress, José Rubio, exchanged between March and May 2024, would demonstrate their interest in the murdered lawyer of that office , Andrea Vidal.
“These chats are not from the imagination. They are from the same chat as José Rubio, they are from the same PC of José Rubio of the Congress of the Republic.
