On this last bill, it is proposed that the police have to be autonomous for immediate intervention, without the intervention of the Public Ministry (MP) or the Judiciary (PJ), ”Martínez said.
The legislator gave as an example that if the police learned that there is a hostage of a kidnapping in a house, when the law enters into force, the police may intervene the domicile without the presence of the MP or PJ.
