The primal contract of the late lawyer Andrea Vidal – accelerated with seven bullets last December – signed it on October 6, 2023, with a salary of S/8,212, and was the first of the three friends who entered to work the Parliament.
The Vidal document bears the rubric of the then Head of Human Resources, Carlos Pais, before he went to the position of head of the General Directorate of Administration (DGA) of the Legislative.
In the text of the aforementioned file, it is indicated that the appointment of the lawyer was to provide her services as a lawyer in the area of defense of the laws, and was carried out according to a resolution of the major officer signed with N ° 005 -2023-2024-OM-CR, dated August 7, 2023.
Vidal obtained his second contract on December 29, 2023, which also appears the rubric of country as head of HR.H., and maintains his salary of S/8,212.
There he leaves the area in which he served and goes on to work in the legal and constitutional office, by Jorge Torres Saravia.
On March 27, 2024 Vidal obtains the first addendum of that second contract, and carries the rubric of the then Head of HR.HH. Ibeth Angulo Zavaleta.
Three months later, on June 27, 2024, it reaches the fourth and final contract, in which the rubric of the new Chief of HR.HH., Haidy Figueroa, who is an app.
Gil and Cajo Contracts
The Bachelor in Law, Alexandra Gil, stamps her signature in her first and only contract in the Legislative on April 5, 2024, with a salary of S/4,485, so that it works in the area of defense of the laws.
The then head of RR.HH., Haidy Figueroa, endorses that contract with its rubric.
The designation of Gil was carried out, as indicated by the document, through the resolution marked with No. 98-2023-2024-OM-CR, dated April 1, 2024.
