The National Electricity Administration (ANDE) launched “Promo 6.0” which is aimed at medium voltage customers (MSMEs and large customers) who are in arrears with the institution. It contemplates the delivery of 20% of the total debt and the balance in six months without interest.
The president of ANDE, Félix Sosa, explained that this new promotion is added to two others that are already in force for all its clients until December 31, 2022. ANDE’s commercial manager, Rodys Rolón, explained that the promotion launched on the day covers medium voltage customers who have their own transformer.
The debt of the approximately 7,700 clients amounts to 24.3 million dollars, which is why ANDE decided to launch this promotion on the market so that clients can catch up on their debts by paying 20% and paying off the debt in six monthly payments. no interest.
The payment of 20% of the total debt can be made electronically, through a collection office, the web or through the “Mi ANDE” application without the need to go to an ANDE branch. While the director of Telematics of ANDE, Luis Poisson, explained that the update of the APP “Mi ANDE” is now available for all Android and iOS platforms.
Poisson explained that in the application you can also make all claims such as appliance breakdown, load increase, name change, among other utilities.
