In this regard, he noted that the sale price will be “depending on future variables (kilos sold, international price, rental price paid)”. Thus, Ancap “frees itself from negotiating a price in the future”.
“We generated a competition, because now the commercial and strategic vision of Acodike and Riogás and the position in which they remain and Megal Ducsa changes radically“, emphasized Stipanicic. As he indicated, the first two “have different strategic horizons”: one to five years and the other to eight, depending on the time for which the plants will be leased.
Ancap “comes out the winner with this process because it was able to dismantle the previous system of contracts and the sector also wins because there will be more transparent competition next year,” Stipanicic said.
