The regional director of the National Land Authority (ANATI), Pablo Emilio Gómez, informed that this Friday, March 24, there will be a massive delivery of property titles in the village of Belisario Porras in the district of San Miguelito.
“Legal security will be given to 200 homes in the San Miguelito district, specifically the beneficiaries reside in the Samaria sector, we are delivering a total of 4 hectares in the hands of these Panamanians in terms of land and the extension of the titles Individually, they range from 150 to 500 square meters, they are for residential use,” explained Gómez.
This type of deliveries is the result of the municipal agreement that is reactivated between the Municipality of San Miguelito and ANATI to benefit the families of the township of Belisario Porras with titles. To date, 1,618 families have benefited, which has an impact on the number of people to 6,356 during all this time.
