The specialists consulted by Banxico also expect that the interbank funding rate will end the fourth quarter of 2024 at 10%, according to the median of the projections of 40 local and foreign analysis groups received between November 22 and 28.
They also estimated that the Mexican peso would close the year at 20.29 units per dollar and that it would continue to fall in 2025 to end the year at 20.59.
