Representative Ana Giselle Rosas referred to the discussion of Bill 1138 that created new townships in the province of Bocas del Toro and assured that they were opposed due to the arbitrary way in which the project was intended to be imposed.
He highlighted that the townships that they intended to create in Bocas del Toro did not comply with the legal regulations to create them as the minimum number of inhabitants.
“The current presidency of the Assembly has been the most terrible of all,” said Rosas, “They have not even wanted to give some deputies the right to speak.”
Regarding the proposals, he said that Rómulo has committed to giving computers and free internet to students and that the 500,000 jobs promised by Rómulo Roux will be made through investment in tourism, agriculture and others.
