Military agents arrested a subject who was in charge of collecting the money demanded from people who were victims of extortion, according to military reports.
The detainee is identified as Edwin Jesús Altamar Sánchez, captured in the Ciudadela Faría urbanization, Maracaibo municipality (Zulia).
