Colombian international midfielder James Rodriguez has offered to play in the Valencia and even to lower his salary to facilitate the operation, although he has admitted the difficulties in being able to close it, since to do so he must still disassociate himself from the Al-Rayyan from Qatar.
“If Valencia calls me, I’ll walk from Qatar”, pointed out the former Real Madrid player in an interview at El Chiringuito, in which he said that it would not be “bad” to join the club Mestalla, but in which he also admitted that there are “hours” left for the market to close and that if he had to walk he would be late.
“Valencia is a great club, but I don’t know anything. They have signed (Edison) Cavani. If they want someone to give them balls, I’m there”, said the player. The Mestalla club is about to close the sale of Carlos Soler to PSG and has accelerated the search for a substitute for the Valencian midfielder in this final stretch of the summer market.
James himself, 31, has echoed his proposal through social networks, as well as the reception it has received from fans of the Valencia.
