Three injured and infrastructure damage is the preliminary balance of the explosion of an electricity transformer at the main headquarters of the National Experimental Security University (Unes), located in Catia, Caracas.
The incident occurred shortly before noon on Monday. Caracas firefighters went to the site to put out the flames caused by the explosion.
By noon, the situation was under control, according to a version of the Unes Security Directorate.
