(EFE).- An earthquake of magnitude 5.2 on the open Richter scale shook eastern Cuba on Wednesday, without reports of personal or material damage at the moment, reported the National Center for Seismological Research (Cenais).
The earthquake, reported as perceptible, was located at a depth of 11 kilometers 150 kilometers south of Maisí, in the province of Guantánamo, and also affected neighboring Santiago de Cuba.
This is the third perceptible earthquake for people in the Caribbean country so far in 2022.
