The Permanent Commission of Internal Policy of the National Assembly met this Wednesday to carry out the presentation of Drafts linked to the country’s judicial sphere.
The president of the Commission, Pedro Carreño, highlighted that during the meeting three fundamental aspects were addressed on the axis in which the revolution of the justice system will advance.
“The first is the legislative one, the second is the approach in the detention centers to assess the status of each one of the deprived of liberty and the comprehensive restructuring of the institutions,” he said while recalling that these issues were those proposed to the beginning of the creation of the Commission.
He highlighted the need to have a code of ethics to regulate, “then we have the Judicial Career Law and other organs of the justice system to determine who implements the training and who said the position and promotion contests
The General Inspector of Courts of the Supreme Court of Justice, Gladys Requena, informed through the social network Twitter that, “we present the Draft Law of the General Inspectorate of Courts, before the Com.
