The 256th Brigade of the National Assembly (AN), made up of the deputies of the Parliamentary Bloc of the Homeland, began the deployment in all the states of the country to speak to the people about the four stages of the Bolivarian Revolution, according to the website of the Parliament .
The information was provided this Friday from the El Valle parish, in Caracas, by the first vice president of the AN, deputy Pedro Infante (PSUV/National), where he explained that the first of the stages refers to the rebellion of 1989 and 1999, on February 4, 1992, on November 27, 1992 and the triumph of Commander Chávez in 1998.
He said that the second phase deals with the refounding of the Republic, registered between 1999 and 2013, where the entire process of building the V Republic took place, of the new homeland that closed on March 5 with the planting of Commander Chávez. .
Regarding the third stage, he pointed out that this describes the resistance during the period 2013-2021, which includes the planting of Chávez, the decree of the former president of the United States, Barack Obama, against Venezuela; the loss of the AN, the attempted coups, assassinations and invasion of the country through the different coasts.
He added that this was a time of victorious resistance of the people, so that the fourth cycle of the Bolivarian Revolution would then arrive, in the year 2021, called the stage of rebirth, which is characterized by the renewal of hope and the recovery of the country.
He recalled that the lines of work instructed by the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro. The first has to do with dialogue, reunification and national pacification; the second is to advance in a productive economic agreement for the stabilization, growth and prosperity of the country; and the third pursues the strengthening and expansion of the achievements of the people through the social security and protection system.
Regarding the fourth line of work, he specified that it has to do with the renewed and frontal fight against all forms of corruption, the defense of the country and the Constitution; and on the fifth line, he said that there is talk of the ratification of the construction of socialism in favor of the welfare of the people. He explained that the sixth and seventh have to do with attention to infrastructure and public services.
In this sense, he stressed that in the AN, through its deputy president Jorge Rodríguez (PSUV/Capital Department), it was decided to work on five blocks of laws. The first of these focuses on regulations to support the economy; then there are those that favor attention from public services.
Meanwhile, the third block is aimed at the laws of People’s Power. As fourth are the regulations on the deepening of the judicial revolution and in the fifth group, the laws for human development stand out.
Finally, Deputy Infante stressed that the deployment in street parliamentarianism began this weekend for the meeting with the people. For the next week, it is expected that all the permanent commissions disseminate the laws and build the plan for the first 100 days of each norm that is approved in the AN, so that these translate into better living conditions for the people.
