AN asks to apply the Extinction Law to scammers

The Permanent Administration and Services Commission will investigate the real estate scam faced by 136 families, for 10 years, when they acquired properties in the second stage of the Las Bromelias Urbanization, in the Francisco Linares Alcántara municipality of Aragua state.

The president of the commission, deputy Pedro Carreño (PSUV/Delta Amacuro), instructed to request -within the scope of the application of the Organic Law of Asset Forfeiture- the identification and location of the assets of the construction companies responsible for the real estate fraud to the Autonomous Service of Registries and Notaries (Saren), refers to a press release from the National Assembly on your website.

He explained that compensation will be sought for the damage caused by this illegal activity and the extinction of the rights related to their domain.

The complaint was presented by the deputy Manuel Hernández (PSUV/Aragua), who explained that he received this case through social networks, and to date he has held two assemblies with the affected families, who were able to raise their situation before the permanent commission housing, and where they alleged that the work is 95% complete and other stages are in the foundation of slabs.

The plenary session of the commission agreed to travel next Wednesday to said urbanization to hold a general assembly with the families who were victims of the real estate scam.
