Six soldiers were traveling in the vehicle; three of them suffered major injuries

Three soldiers were seriously injured. this Sunday after a military jeep in which they were traveling from Aceguá to Melo got lost by route 8, reported the Highway Police.
The Land Rover vehicle, corresponding to the Army of Cerro Largo, It overturned at kilometer 405.5 around 1:30 p.m. and left two other officials with minor injuries.while the rest finished without injury.
After the incident, a mobile emergency unit arrived at the scene and assisted the military. The officials were referred to department health centers.
The causes of the crash are still unknown. The case is being investigated by the Highway Police and personnel from the Cerro Largo headquarters.
