This Thursday, the National Assembly (AN) approved in the first discussion the draft Organic Law of Venezuelan Youth “José Félix Ribas”.
In this regard, the president of Parliament, Jorge Rodríguez, created a special commission for the public consultation of these regulations, which will be chaired by the second vice president of the AN, América Pérez.
“For the purposes of the important bills and had seen that in this Birth Assembly it made up of 277 disputed, 91 of them are young people of this Republic, we have decided to form a special commission of young deputies to be distributed throughout the national territory discussing , talking, receiving proposals, to form an integral organic law that covers all legal instruments and articles of other protection laws of our Venezuelan youth, ”Rodriguez explained.
Minutes before her approval, Deputy America Pérez stressed that this proposal, delivered by young people to the president of the AN, Jorge Rodríguez, on the recent Wednesday, February 12, youth day in Venezuela, to respond to social and political realities of this sector of the population.
But “it also responds to those young Venezuelans (deported from the United States) who were deceived by the enemies of the country. This law is for them for their hopes, their dignity and their dreams, because this law guarantees their dreams, that their family hugs and we continue to build the country that we all dream of, ”he said.
He stressed that the popular consultation for youth should be included in this regulation, because “it is a conquest that we can also think and promote projects.”
