This Tuesday the National Assembly (AN), unanimously approved the Draft Agreement on the death of the defender of Human Rights (DD. HH.), and president of the Association of Mothers of Plaza de Mayo of the Argentine Republic, Hebe de Bonafini.
It should be noted that the president of the AN, deputy Jorge Rodríguez, pointed out: «After the change of landscape of Hebe Bonafini comes an immense reflection of love. We feel deeply grateful for the embrace of that enormous woman, ”he concluded.
In the plenary, the deputy María Carolina Chávez, presented the mentioned project and recognized the laudable work of Hebe de Bonafini, in relation to the defense of Human Rights.
Bonafini, passed away on Sunday, November 20 at the age of 93, and was the founder of the Association of Mothers and Grandmothers of Plaza de Mayo, after the disappearance of her two children during the dictatorship of Rafael Videla in Argentina.
For his part, the deputy Luis Martínez highlighted the work of the defender Hebe Bonafini in the framework of his physical departure.
