The Mexican Association of Real Estate Professionals (AMPI) you already have your platform ready Real Estate Multilisting (MLS) VALUESAMPIwith which it seeks to offer its members a bundle of properties and toolsthrough which it is possible to carry out operations.
Mario Granillo, Vice President of Innovation and Development of AMPI national, explained that this platform will allow to replace the CRM systems with which they currently work, which by not having regulations allows integrating any property that does not necessarily meet the administration requirements, brokerage contracts, or some other inconsistency.
“What we have come to offer to the market of our associates today is a regulated and organized intermediation, so that they can manage their operations in an efficient and transparent manner, which is the most important thing, their operations”, detailed the representative of AMPI.
VALUESAMPI is a real estate bag that will allow members to share information about the properties managed by each agent, detail operations, among other actions.
The platform will be officially presented in the next National Real Estate Congress and will be available only to associates with current membership.

Economic impact
Florencia Estrada, national president of the AMPIconsidered that the platform will also allow the growth of the real estate activityby having more tools that facilitate the operation, as well as adding more associates.
“If we saw that an operation is carried out a day, at the Republic level, in one case, we can realize how much money is moved daily in the different cities,” he said.
According to agency forecasts, operations per day could be up to 10.5 billion pesos on average.
The urgency of a single system
According to estimates from the AMPIthis platform could start with a cumulative of 200,000 properties.
Granillo Alvarado pointed out that currently about 90% of those associated with AMPI already use some platform to manage their inventory of properties and clientsso through this new MLS they seek to make operations transparent, but above all to easily migrate the information they already have somewhere else.
“All the properties that you maintain today in the CMR that you are operating can be transferred to our MLS, with which, in a very fast and agile way, we estimate that we will be able to have all our associates with this benefit almost starting operations in October”, explained the director of AMPI.
“It is an axis that we were indebted to the membership and we have to attend to, it was a commitment.”
Maricela Pereyra, national councilor of AMPIpointed out that the benefit will not only be within the Association, but also that the final consumer will be able to have the guarantee that the properties within this platform are legally regulated and reviewed, trying to comply with the NOM 247 of the housing sector.
“That these potential clients can approach with the peace of mind of a platform that is made from scratch. point of view of real estatebut for all the people”, said Pereyra.
