Huamantla, Tlax.. President Andrés Manuel López Obrador reiterated that one of the most important actions of his government in terms of health is equipping hospitals and hiring doctors. Therefore, during his visit to various locations in Tlaxcala to supervise the implementation of the IMSS-Wellness model to federalize the sector, he endorsed the importance of hiring specialists from all over the world.

Health comes first, health is a human right, it has nothing to do with ideologies, it has nothing to do with politics. And of course we need the specialists and we are going to bring them from France, from China, from the United States. And for that we are very grateful to the people and government of Cuba, because specialists from that country are already arriving in Mexico.said in an act developed in the general hospital of Huamantla.

Accompanied by the governor of Tlaxcala, Lorena Cuéllar, and the general director of the Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS), Zoé Robledo, López Obrador added that now the conservatives are very angry because 600 specialists from Cuba are going to come to help us, medical specialists, 600, because health is a human right, it has nothing to do with ideology, it has nothing to do with politicsalthough in the announcement made by the federal government on the hiring it refers to 500 Cuban doctors and specialists who will arrive in the country.

When the President stressed the importance of having hospitals equipped to attend emergencies, he said that Tlaxcala will seek to have a specialized cardiology unit, after which he recounted his experience when he suffered a heart attack in 2013.

I tell you about this because I suffered from it, and I was saved because they treated me on time. My vein and artery were completely closed. I got to the ER at 2 in the morning. And that medication they have there, they applied it to me and it opened the artery a little.

He expressed that the pain I had was so much that I came to resign myself, because I couldn’t, I couldn’t bear that pain anymore. Those who have had heart attacks know what I’m talking about. Fortunately, the artery opened a little due to that intervention on time, and the cardiologist and specialist arrived and they operated on me, they did a catheterization and they saved me..

In the middle of the act headed by President Andrés Manuel López Obrador in Huamantla, Emmanuel, an 8-year-old boy, slipped between the fences and managed to reach the president after passing between the attendees and the members of the president’s assistantship .

He delivered a letter to the head of the federal Executive with which he asked that his father be released. This is the son of Saúl Rosales, who along with Raymundo Cahuantzi was arrested last July for the lynching of an alleged thief in San Pedro Tlalcuapan, municipality of Chiautempan. Alfred N He was beaten and burned alive after people poured gasoline on him at the end of the Good Friday procession in April.

After the president attended him when he was in the presidium, the minor returned and told María de los Ángeles, his grandmother: he told me he was going out.

The wives of both detainees carried banners with which they ask Justice. They reproached that the process of their arrest was irregular and assured that they are innocent and were not in the place.

At the same time, they blamed the lynching cases on the lack of attention from the police and the abandonment of some areas where, they say, insecurity has increased.
