AMLO exhibits assault in NY and criticizes travel alerts from the US to Mexico

The president asked to release a video showing how a robbery was carried out in New York.

“The black car closes, look at the way he steals, he walks, he gets out and let’s go,” said the federal president.

This week the United States ambassador to Mexico, Ken Salazar, made a working tour of Zacatecas, a state where violence and intentional homicides have rebounded. In that entity he met with Governor David Monreal, as well as with federal authorities, religious leaders, the private sector, federal and local legislators, with whom he spoke about security.

“Without security there is no prosperity, which is why I reaffirmed our commitment to continue visiting the state and working together so that Zacatecans can live safely and without fear, as well as so that this land full of history, culture and natural riches can reach its maximum potential thanks to the greatness of its people,” he assured during his visit to that state in the north of the country.
