“I think that the main agreement is that we must discuss among all the viability of reviewing the sides that prohibit trade on public roads and generate a proposal to in which streets and in which streets there should not be a regulated trade with schedules and turns, because they also do not pay anything to the treasury,” he says in an interview.

A new attempt
With Brugada, the effort to order trade is made again. Llubere Sevilla raises the relocation of merchants to authorized points and places with two purposes: clean in the historic center and regularize in exchange for social and economic benefits.
