This Wednesday morning, an ambulance from the Mobile Emergency Care System (SAMU) arrived at the Government Palace to transfer the National Institute of Children’s Health (INSN) from Breña to a 10-month-old baby. The minor was transferred along with her parents from Cañete to Lima in an Army helicopter next to the President of the Republic, Pedro Castillo.
After his visit to Cañete, where he went to inspect health centers and inaugurate schools, the head of state decided to bring the girl and her family to Lima so that they can go to a medical center to receive care, well the baby presents cleft palate, altered chromosomes, muscle hypotonia and malformations in your bodyas reported by TV Peru.
Images from the same medium showed that, at around 10:00 am, the SAMU vehicle arrived at the Palace, where the Minister of Health, Hernán Condori, was also present. Minutes later, a truck arrived with the parents and the baby outside the Casa de Pizarro.

Immediately, the minister approached them, carried the girl in his arms and took her to the ambulance, where the president also approached. Later, the minor, accompanied by the head of the Health portfolio, went to the Niño de Breña hospital.
Castillo thanked for the vote of confidence
The president of the Republic, Pedro Castillo thanked Congress for having granted the vote of confidence to the ministerial cabinet, headed by Aníbal Torresand urged its members to “govern democratically through consultation.”
“I thank Congress for granting the vote of confidence to the ministerial cabinet. Let us show the people that we can govern democratically and that, through political agreement, we will be able to respond to the great challenges of our country,” the president wrote on his Twitter account.
