Ambassador Vadell delivers Copies of the Style to the Brazilian Foreign Ministry

This Friday the ambassador of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela designated before the Federative Republic of Brazil, Manuel Vicente Vadell Aquino, delivered the Style Copies to the Secretary General of Foreign Relations of the South American giant, María Laura da Rocha.

The information was released by the Chancellery of Venezuela in a press release, in which he explained that the event was attended by the director of the Brazilian Cooperation Agency (ABC), Ruy Pereira, and the director of the Department of South America, Joao Marcelo Galvao.

They will quickly resume cooperation

Before the delivery of Copies of Style by Ambassador Vadell Aquino, the Secretary General of Foreign Relations of Brazil, María Laura da Rocha, reaffirmed the interest of the South American giant “in quickly resuming the issues of binational cooperation, commercial exchange and political dialogue” between neighboring countries and their respective governments.

In this sense, it is expected that a mission from the Brazilian Government will travel to Venezuela as of the second week of March, in order to deepen the restart of the bilateral relationship, among other issues, mutual cooperation to face the emergency in Yanomami land and the promotion of binational trade.

New stage of brotherhood

Before the delivery of Style Copies by the Venezuelan ambassador in Brazil, Manuel Vadell, the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, celebrated this Saturday the new stage of brotherhood and cooperation between the two countries, regarding the restart of diplomatic relations.

“Good news! The way is opened for the restart of diplomatic relations between the Federative Republic of Brazil and the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela. I celebrate the new stage of brotherhood and cooperation between two brother nations,” the Head of State posted on Twitter.

The presentation of the Copies of the Venezuelan Ambassador’s Style to Brazil is part of the gradual restoration of the historic and strategic bilateral relationship, agreed upon by Presidents Nicolás Maduro and Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva.

It should be remembered that at the beginning of February, the Assembly Nacional (AN) unanimously approved the designation of Manuel Vicente Vadell Not here. In December 2022, President Maduro had already announced that he would propose the diplomat as the Venezuelan representative in Brasilia.

In this direction, on January 18, 2023, the Chargé d’Affaires appointed by the Amazonian country, Flávio Macieira, arrived in Caracas with the aim of reopening the Embassy and advancing the efforts to raise diplomatic representation to ambassador level.
