With this result, Onça took 9th place in the standings with 30 points. Macaca remains with 28 points after the defeat, in 12th place.
Playing at home, Amazonas needed just 7 minutes to open the scoring. Midfielder Erick Varão made a good play on the right wing and crossed perfectly for striker Luan Silva, who only had to tap the ball into the back of the net.
