The 2024 Women’s Copa Libertadores groups have been defined in the draw held by the South American Football Confederation (CONMEBOL) this Thursday in Brazil and which was broadcast on the YouTube channel of the highest body of South American football. The tournament will be held in Paraguay from October 3 to 19.

Always Ready, who will represent Bolivia in this tournament, is in Group B along with Olimpia (Paraguay), Colo Colo (Chile) and Santos (Brazil).

16 teams will participate in the championshipdivided into four groups of four teams each. The top two in each series will qualify for the quarter-finals, followed by the semi-finals and then the final.

The millionaire team from the city of El Alto earned the right to represent Bolivia in this tournament, after being crowned champion of the first edition of the Bolivian Women’s Football LeagueIn the final, they beat Astor FC of Cochabamba on penalties last Sunday.

The groups were formed as follows.

Group A: Corinthians (Brazil), Boca Juniors (Argentina), Champion of Venezuela and Libertad (Paraguay).

Group B: Olimpia (Paraguay), Colo Colo (Chile), Always Ready (Bolivia) and Santos (Brazil).

Group C: Ferroviaria (Brazil), Champion of Ecuador, Peñarol (Uruguay) and Independiente Santa Fe (Colombia).

Cluster D: Deportivo Cali (Colombia), Guaraní (Paraguay), Alianza Lima (Peru) and Santiago Morning (Chile).
