Always Ready against Blooming: asks for a financial sanction and to play behind closed doors

Always Ready appealed to the Sports Disciplinary Court of the Bolivian Football Federation (FBF) to request sanctions against the Blooming club, due to the events that occurred on September 26, the day both teams faced each other at the Gilberto Parada stadium in Montero.

In that match on date 16, which ended tied at one goal per sidethe player Luis Caicedo decided to retire from the field due to the insults he received of a section of the stands.

“In said meeting, fans of the Blooming club, carried out serious discriminatory acts against the player of the Always Ready club, Luis Caicedowhich is why we provide evidence that corroborates these extremes, in accordance with the following elements of fact and law,” says a part of the letter from the El Alto club to the Sports Disciplinary Court.

In the document sent by Always Ready to the aforementioned FBF court makes three requests against the Santa Cruz club:

1.- Request imposition of exemplary sanction directly against the Blooming club without the need for a sports summary, in accordance with article 146 of the FBF Disciplinary Code.

2.- Request a fine of 30 national minimum wages against the Blooming club in accordance with article 77 of the FBF Disciplinary Code.

3.- Request that additional sanction be imposed the Blooming club to play matches closed doors for recidivism.

Luis Caicedo is Ecuadorian, he is 27 years old (09-24-1997) and works as a central defender. Before coming to Always Ready he played for the Delfín club in his country.
