Alutrafic Led transfers to the Mayor’s Office of Barranquilla its shares in Triple A company

This Monday the actions of the aqueduct, cleaning and sewage company (Triple A), 74% remained in the hands of the Barranquilla Mayor’s Officethis after the company Alutrafic announced that it was ceding at no cost its participation to the District, so that the benefit of the utilities would be in greater quantity for the capital of the Atlantic.

“Alutrafic LED SAS, through its shareholders, records that the donor company will refrain from deliberating or deciding in the future on any issue that is exposed at the shareholders’ meetings of Alubaq SAS and that is directly or indirectly related to Triple A SAESP. ”, indicates a part of the statement issued by the company.

This determination occurs after in December 2021 the Special Assets Society, would have sold 82% of the shares it owned, after domain forfeiture applied to Inassa.

The rest of the owners are distributed among the companies of the engineer William Vélez, owner of 16% of the total company and from a small group of minority partners who have just over 3.3%.
