Alto Trujillo: fight between supporters and detractors of César Acuña during APP rally (VIDEO)

Neighbors and leaders of social organizations from Alto Trujillo showed their rejection of César Acuña during a campaign rally he held this Friday in Trujillo. Brawls were recorded between supporters of the current candidate for the Regional Government of La Libertad against his detractors.

Citizens hold the founder of Alianza Para el Progreso (APP) responsible for using the creation of the district of Alto Trujillo politically and for his benefit, after the dissemination of some audios.

César Acuña held a campaign rally on the afternoon of this Friday, September 9, and several people from the Alto Trujillo town center turned out to reject his candidacy.

“My total rejection for the offense that has been caused to the tall people of Trujillo. The people are totally outraged, the people who are here are the product of the purchase of wills”indicated a resident of Alto Trujillo.

However, according to some images from Canal N, supporters of Acuña faced blows against the protesters. Stones, eggs and sand were also thrown.

Police had to intervene to prevent the incident from escalating. It is recalled that a few days ago, leaders of the Front for the Defense of the Interests of the Alto Trujillo populated centerin the Porvenir district (Trujillo), declared César Acuña Peralta persona non grata.

On September 2, Epicenter TV broadcast some audios between the leader of the Alliance for Progress (APP), Cesar Acuna; the now former president of Congress, Lady Camones; and other members of the caucus of said party.

In this, César Acuña is heard demanding that Camones manage the project for the creation of the district of Alto Trujillo because that would ensure votes for his candidacy.
