Alternative 1 demands the governor of Carabobo “take his task seriously”

Alternative 1 representative Gustavo Hernández referred to the national political situation, stating that if the opposition is defeated in 2024 “it will be entirely the responsibility of the so-called G4”

The representative of the political organization Alternativa Uno (A1), Gustavo Hernandezdemanded the governor of Carabobo state, Rafael Lacava, “take his task seriously.”

After a meeting of the Executive Commission of A1 in Carabobo, Hernández pointed out as “regrettable” that the head of the regional executive dedicates his time to “superfluous matters” and not to solving the very serious problems that “we Carabobeños suffer.”

According to the leader, it is time for the governor of Carabobo “to start governing seriously.”

In this sense, he demanded that the regional president assume the defense of merchants and industrialists “harassed by unpayable municipal taxes”, while urging him to rigorously confront the issue of public security and corruption.

“Lacava reminds us so much of the superficial style of Henrique Salas Römer, that one has the feeling that he is trying to imitate him, both are astute politicians, in the sense that they are popular and were re-elected, but lousy governors when it comes to facing the real problems that they torment the citizenry,” he said.

“You have to unite”

In another order of ideas, the representative of Alternative 1 Gustavo Hernández referred to the national political situation, affirming that if the opposition is defeated in 2024 “it will be entirely the responsibility of the so-called G4.”

According to the former Parlatino deputy, this political conglomerate must understand that they do not exercise the hegemony of the opposition “no matter how much international support they have; the last elections showed that the Venezuelan opposition is plural and that is how it should be understood; enough of sectarianism and arrogant behavior, we must seek understanding and unity to be able to leave Maduro, “he said.

The also member of the Centrados en la Gente platform, affirmed that they work on two fundamental lines: to accompany Venezuelans in their daily struggles for a better life and to contribute to building consensus and clear rules to unite all those who oppose, ” in the democratic field”, to Nicolás Maduro and his government, with a view to 2024.
