The only substitute who is not a newcomer is Margareth Buzetti (PSD-MT), who takes over from the Minister of Agriculture and Livestock, Carlos Fávaro (PSD-MT). She had already replaced the parliamentarian last year and now takes over with the appointment of Fávaro to Lula’s government.
