About 25 first-year students of the Military School are hospitalized after presenting an acute respiratory condition after a day of training.
As announced by the institution, the training was carried out in the coastal town of Pichicuy, Valparaíso region, where the situation occurred.
Through a statement, the Military School indicated that the 25 students belong to the first year, and that, as a result of the fact, they are receiving the respective treatments at the Military Hospital of Santiago.
“During the recent week, 25 students of the first year of school presented an acute respiratory condition, which is why they are currently receiving the respective treatments at the Military Hospital,” the institution said.
“The Military School has been permanently communicating to the parents about the evolution of the present situation, providing the corresponding support and adopting the necessary measures, within the framework of the firm commitment to the well-being of its students,” they concluded.
