“Companies that have not been able to declare because for some reason they have no employees, so we have had to attend customers, because Seniat has the criterion that any company has to have at least one worker, which in practice is not necessarily So, ”he said to Fedecámaras Radio.

The specialist indicated that they have no knowledge of “Where the resources are coming and if those resources are being distributed among the target people”. “We have no knowledge,” he repeated. The NGO Access to Justice considers that this tax does not contemplate the principle of progressivity for companies, which is established in article 316 of the Constitution, so all companies must make the same contribution without considering the size of these, their activity or profits.
