Most of the people who left did so through the Paysandú-Colón International Bridge

Between June 30 and July 1, 2023 49,412 people left Uruguayaccording to data provided by the National Directorate of Migration this Sunday.
Most of the departures went to Argentina through the International Bridge that connects Paysandú with the city of the neighboring country Colón. It was about 12,430 discharges.
Río Negro, meanwhile, was the second department to register the highest number of discharges. 10,606 people passed through the Libertador General San Martín International Bridge, in Fray Bentos.
Likewise, 9,735 Uruguayan travelers did so through Salto; 8,886 for Cologne; 4,503 through the Carrasco International Airport; and 1,900 through the port of Montevideo.
The data for Paysandú, Salto and Fray Bentos were provided by the National Directorate of Migrations of Argentina.
