Less than a month after the labor reform project is filed, the Ministry of Labor confirmed that about 3,000 proposals have been received of citizens who will contribute to the construction of the project.
According to the portfolio, inputs include issues such as job stability in both the private and public sectors stand outformalization in the rural and cultural sector, regulations for delivery and transport platforms.

Among the concerns of the citizens youth employment also appears and people with disabilities, gender equity, collective rights, compliance with international agreements and non-precariousness of work.
These proposals are the result of 23 meetings that were carried out in recent months in various regions of the country, where around 1,100 people participated.

“Big changes are seen in the world of work and this is how the 2,880 proposals received for labor reform since last October, when the process began with the holding of work tables to listen to all sectors that allow us to listen the inputs that allow us to continue with the articles of the reform”, This was stated by the Vice Minister of Labor Relations and Inspection, Edwin Palma Egea.
