A teacher from San Pedro, accused of allegedly having abused 8 female students at an educational center, is still at large and his rebellion has already been declared.
The delegate prosecutor of San Pedro and in charge of the case, Lilian Ruiz, reported for 1000 AM on the contempt in which the teacher and director of a rural school of the Department, accused of sexual abuse, finds himself.
The Public Ministry agent revealed that the victims are between 9 and 10 years old and are students of two grades of the school in question.
Ruiz pointed out that at the same time he opened another file for the indirect production of public documents with false content against the educator’s wife, also a teacher at the same school.
“They presented an order from the judge to the Supervision via whatsapp, a judicial official letter, where it said that the judge had ordered the house arrest of this teacher, and yet the content is totally false, the judge was very scared,” he explained.
The prosecutor confirmed that the woman will be charged after not having appeared at a hearing that had been set for her to appear in order to explain the irregular document.
“Yesterday he sent, also via WhatsApp, a health certificate from the Santa Rosa hospital, where she is suffering from I don’t know what ailment,” he commented.
