The elected ministers, who will go into functions on September 1, enlist general agreements in the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation (SCJN), including one to reduce the lag of more than 1,500 files that will send to courts and courts; Another, to establish public audiences with the people and experts in specific subjects, and one more to “modernize” with automated systems the distribution of issues between the presentations.
Yesterday they reported that during their fourth working meeting, which was held last Monday, “they deliberated about the suitable profiles that may form the judicial administration body,” although they did not specify details. This body will be key because it will assume the management of the resources of the Judicial Power of the Federation in substitution of the Federal Judiciary Council (CJF).
Regarding the analysis of general agreements projects, they explained that they seek to form a legal framework that allows us to impart prompt, expedited and accessible justice. They recalled that the Constitution empowers the SCJN to issue “general agreements” in order to achieve a better distribution of matters or, where appropriate, refer them to collegiate courts, regional courts or district courts for greater speed in their resolution.
“Therefore, we work on the elaboration of these legal instruments that allow the objective of a supreme efficient court, close to the people and that attends the population that lives in conditions of vulnerability,” they said in a statement.
They also analyze another agreement to regulate the realization of public hearings “in which the citizens who know the reality that is judged, experts in specific subjects or organizations, people and communities who wish to express their arguments or opinions” can participate. They also prepare an agreement to modernize the management and turn of matters through an automated and random system.
With the letter they spread a photograph of their meeting at the alternate headquarters of the Court, in which they appear along with their collaborators and, among them, Vidulfo Rosales, lawyer of the parents of the 43 normalists of Ayotzinapa, who, according to various sources consulted by this newspaper, is an advisor to Minister Hugo Aguilar, are observed.
In turn, they summoned “the people of Mexico to witness their inauguration”, which they qualified in historical fact. On September 1, at least three acts will be held: delivery of control canes at 16, protest to the Senate at 7:30 p.m., and Solemn Installation Session of the Court at 22.
