Following a red notice from Interpol and thanks to the exchange of information with the Spanish Police, the National Police of Panama managed to locate alias “Francis”, wanted for the crime Against Collective Security in its form of Gang Membership.
Francis is listed as the alleged leader of the gang calling itself Terror Killa, whose territorial control is the district of Sabanitas, in the multi-family homes on Irving Saladino.
He had been wanted since Operation Istanbul on July 16, 2024, and after not being located, a red notice was issued through Interpol, alerting the 196 member countries of this organization.
On Tuesday, September 17, Panama was informed of his capture in Spain, and the corresponding procedures for his extradition are being initiated in conjunction with the Specialized Superior Prosecutor’s Office for Crimes of Illicit Association.
This gang is dedicated to committing criminal acts in a coordinated and organized manner, such as the sale of illicit substances, robberies, thefts from residences and homicides.
