Garbys Ochoa, alias El Garbys, was the one who allegedly planned the attack on the Bolivarian National Police (PNB) station, located in the San Miguel de la Cota 905 sector, according to security agencies.
The aforementioned police module works in a residence that belonged to El Garbys and which was seized after the Gran Cacique Guaicaipuro I operation, carried out by security agencies in July of last year in that sector of southwestern Caracas. In the midst of this operation, the leaders of the megaband that operated there fled: Carlos Calderón (El Vampi), Garbys Ochoa and Carlos Revette (El Koki), among others.
But recently, intelligence agencies detected that El Garbys is located between the Miranda regions of Barlovento and Valles del Tuy from where he maintains contact with a certain Dimas, who lives in Cota 905.
On the morning of this Saturday, the director of the PNB, Elio Estrada, went to Cota 905 to tour the area.
